So, Day 5 has been rough!
I woke up today with what I believe to be the Keto Flu I was warned about.
I did not want to move, my body hurt, and I was hot then cold.
I was a bit worried as I did not want to take any time off. I am fortunate to have a job that I enjoy.
So, what did I do?
When I tell you, don't judge me...LOL
I ate a ham sandwich and two donuts and was feeling MUCH better in minutes.
I am not giving up on Keto but I may have gone too hard, too fast??
How did you get over the Keto Flu, while staying functional?
