Keto - Day 3

Day 3 has gone well.

This morning I had turkey bacon and mini sweet peppers.

A few hours later I had veggies and hummus for a snack.
It was cucumbers, sliced peppers, carrots, and tomatoes.

For lunch I had a cup of tortilla soup (minus the tortilla strips), a 6oz sirloin and green beans.

I had two glasses of iced tea with a splash of raspberry flavor.
I also drank a ton of water.

I haven’t eaten anything since lunch because I don’t have an appetite.

Is that normal?
