Today is a good day.
I will admit, however, that I need to work on my shopping and prepping.
This morning I had not given thought to breakfast until I was ready to head to work.
I put a few slices of turkey bacon in the microwave and grabbed a string cheese.
I drank a lot of water today. I also had a cup of hot ginger tea and in the afternoon I had a sparkling water that was cherry limeade flavor. It had no sugar.
For lunch, I went to Red Lobster with two of my favorite co-workers and for the first time I didn’t eat the cheddar biscuits :)
I had a Cesar salad with no croutons and dressing on the side. I ate most of it without touching the dressing. For my entree, I had grilled chicken, shrimp, and broccoli.
Later in the afternoon I had a snack sized pack of Smokehouse almonds and another string cheese.
I am once again not hungry for dinner but will eat some vegetables and drink water.
Any advice?
